The Culture
of a Representational Reality
versus a Thusness and a Suchness
The distortions built into Western culture
and in many cases, Eastern culture,
are based upon the use of a word made world.
We highly value scriptures and we value laws.
Scriptures and laws are the paramount of authority.
It is written is an appeal, made too often.
In a court of law, we swear, we take an oath.
We are asked to tell the truth, the whole truth
and nothing but the truth.
We can't!
Truth can't be embodied in words.
Every object, every entity, is an enormously eventful
and continuously changing system of charges and fields.
Every movement, every motion, every change in posture,
does not and can not have only the limited consequences
of local context.
Patterns of energy flow are affected
by my writing, this moment.

Connections occur, within people,

Some social development patterns emphasize

What flows over or through those connections?
Be aware of the connections or the absence of connections,
because the absence of connections
might infer obstructions or discontinuities in the flow.
There are lag times and there are synchronicities.
Communication makes coordination possible.

(2007) We did not understand the concept of energy
until the twentieth century.
Energy takes many forms.
But it is always the function of energy to do work.
The configuration of the energy must be appropriate
for the work that is to be done.
Simulations
In deliberating the undertakings of human effort
(work to be performed)
we often take recourse to simulation.
Our simulations usually want to be portable,
and adequately representational to contain correspondent features
for all aspects of the undertaking.
We have ideas: images of relationship.
In order to translate the ideas into physical reality,
we need to expand the detail of the elements of the idea
into the role of components to implement the ideal.

(2008) Recently, I’ve been reading a book titled: The Spin Force,
by Dr. Buryl Payne, Ph.D., with his Masters degree in Physics,
and his Doctoral Degree in Psychology.
One of his early references is to two Dutch physicists,
Goudsmit and Uhlenbeck, from 1925,
who were attempting to do a full inventory
of the spectrum of hydrogen.
In doing this whole inventory, they found
the fragment of energy which they identified
as a spin wave.
This means that the secondary wave energy
was where and how energy
was held or contained in the motion called spin.

Blindness, Goals, Goal Seeking and Coevolution.

Here, at the ECOphysics website / group,
we have unfolded a scheme
at work in the reality we inhabit:
Free will is obtained by a delay in consequences.
The delay in consequences is obtained
by inhabiting an obstructed reality.
The obstructed reality is obstructed
by the sequence providing functions of dimensions.
The dimensions we experience are those of space and time.
This yields a toy reality.

We hate it when a problem has too many factors,

(2007) In the 1930’s, Alfred Korzybski wrote a book, Science and Sanity.
That book dealt with what Korzybski called general semantics.
Semantics is the subject of meaning containing
and meaning conveying functions, in language mostly,
but not completely.
Korzybski dealt extensively with an awareness of the correlations
between the semantic mapping
and the territory being mapped
and the distortions involved,
due to the incomplete representation
of the mapped territory in the map.
